Bill Blair MP to receive funding application from the communityNotundesh Report
The Office of Bill Blair, MP for Scarborough Southwest, is inviting to submit project proposal to the Department of Canadian Heritage’s Inter-Action: Multiculturalism Funding Program. The Projects component of this program supports national initiatives that will promote diversity, inclusion, and building positive relationships among the different cultural, religious, and ethnic communities in Canada.
In a press statement Bill Blair MP said, ‘Priority is given to projects that work toward eliminating discrimination, racism, and prejudice through youth community engagement and involvement, art, culture, and/or sport.’ He advised to visit program website and read the application guidelines for more information.
The statement said, application has to be submitted via mail or email by March 24, 2017. The statement said, as an important voice in our community, your projects may be eligible for this funding opportunity.
